 How to Enter the Film Festivals:
Entries must be submitted on DVD or Mini DV or Flash Drive. The following information must accompany each entry:

Production Title – Person Submitting the film – School – Running Time – a 25 word or less Description of the entry

Films in languages other than English are welcome.

School Divisions:                                        Elementary K- 2         Elementary 3 – 5  

Middle School 6 – 8                                                

High School 9 – 12

CATEGORIES:

Animation – Drama –

Comedy – Documentary –

Frontier (Experimental)

 Music Video – News Format – PSA         ( Public Service Announcement)

K-12 STUDENT ENTRY FEES:
Up to 5:00 minutes – $5.00
5:01 to 20:00 minutes – $10.00
Over 20 minutes – $25.00

INDEPENDENT FILMAKERS ENTRY FEES:
Up to 5:00 minutes – $10.00
5:00 – 30:00 minutes – $25.00
Over 30 minutes – $50.00

LATE ENTRIES – Add $5.00

Fees are Payable to Windsong Pictures, Inc. Entrants are responsible for all shipping fees.
